What We Produce

The majority of our product range is exterior trim plastics.

These are also the product commodity that we have developed our design capabilities in terms of product, production cells and tooling. Some of the compoenents we produce are also painted body color in customer production line.

Interior trim parts are mainly decorative trim used inside of the cabin mostly interact with the end user.

We are developing our composite processing capabilities to achieve high quality components which are suitable for high volume production integrated with thermoplastic production systems.

Floor Console Plastics

As the automotive shifts to full electric vehicles the available free space that could be used for needs of the end user gets bigger. This drives multifunctional console units to be integrated in space between passenger and driver.

As we develope composite decorative product range, we already supply substrates of these mechanisms as Tier2 supplier which then used to achieve decorative finish with different processes.

These are the product group that is not directly visible to end user so the mechanical chracteristics of these components are key element for designing these parts.

One of the areas of development mainly in these product group is weight reduction. Using different engineered grades of plastic materials of composite solutions as metal replacement is key to reduce vehicle weight.

his requires various electronic units to be integrated to a system controlled by highly sofisticated software. To achieve high accuracy and stability of these systems special material produced components are required for shielding, holding plastics.

We have designed different battery boxes for different purposes. Some of them requires in cabin use which needs ventilation and compact design, some is designed to be stiff enough to be used as a step up surface for the driver.

Our core business is focused on plastic injection processes from 350 tonnes up to 1600 tonnes. We also integrate various pre-processes and post-processes to achieve the final product.

Research & Development

We formalized our design activities as a registered design centre under the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology in February 2017. This enables various government incentives that support the rapid growth of our engineering and R&D teams. We focus on lightweight technologies and decorative processes for thermoplastic materials.

We work with our customers as a full-service supplier, including product design. Based on customer requirements, we can provide on-site engineering support for programme development activities. We have developed extensive design expertise in products such as bodyside mouldings, radiator area deflectors, ducts and trim parts.
